Click "Start Building — Free" on the homepage. No credit card required. You'll get a subdomain (yourname.gdwapp.com) instantly.
Do I need to know how to code?+
Not at all. Quick Site is a drag-and-drop builder — pick a template, customize it, and publish. Zero coding required.
How many sites can I create on the Free plan?+
Up to 3 sites on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited sites.

Is the Free plan really free forever?+
Yes. Your site stays live on a subdomain for free, forever. You only pay if you want a custom domain or Pro features.
What's included in the Pro plan?+
Custom domain, remove Quick Site branding, priority AI generation, advanced analytics, SEO tools, password protected pages, and priority support.
Can I cancel my Pro plan anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What is the refund policy?+
Full refund within 7 days of purchase. Pro-rated refund after that. Email support@gdwapp.com.
Can I get Pro at a custom price?+
Yes — verified partners and resellers can get special deals. Email support@gdwapp.com to discuss.
Domains & Publishing
How do I connect a custom domain?+
Upgrade to Pro, then go to Dashboard → Custom Domains. Add your domain and follow the DNS instructions — it takes 5–10 minutes.
Can I publish my site on the Free plan?+
Yes. Your site is published on yourname.gdwapp.com for free. Custom domains require the Pro plan.
How long does DNS propagation take?+
Usually 5–15 minutes. In rare cases up to 48 hours depending on your domain registrar.
Technical
Is my site mobile responsive?+
Yes. All templates are fully mobile responsive out of the box.
Can I use my own analytics (Google Analytics)?+
Yes. You can add custom scripts including Google Analytics from your site settings.
What happens to my site if I downgrade from Pro?+
Your site stays live but Pro features (custom domain, branding removal) will be disabled. Your content is never deleted.
