These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quick Site, a website builder platform operated by Goswami Digital World ("we", "our", or "us") at gdwapp.com and builder.gdwapp.com.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quick Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Quick Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use Quick Site, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

Quick Site is provided for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the platform only to:

• Create and publish websites for legitimate personal or business purposes
• Publish original content that you own or have rights to use
• Promote legal products, services, or information

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree NOT to use Quick Site to publish or distribute:

• Content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Spam, phishing, or scam content
• Content that violates the privacy of others
• Content that promotes illegal activities

You also agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use automated bots or scrapers without permission
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Resell or sublicense access to Quick Site without authorization

5. Plans & Payments

5.1 Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 3 sites with a Quick Site subdomain. Free plan features may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5.2 Paid Plans

Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Quick Site. By publishing content through our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6.2 Our Platform

The Quick Site platform, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by Goswami Digital World and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

6.3 Templates

Our templates are provided for use with Quick Site. Sites created using our templates belong to you, but the underlying template design remains our property.

7. Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Published Websites

You are solely responsible for the content of websites you publish through Quick Site. We are not responsible for user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate sites that receive valid legal complaints.

10. Disclaimers

Quick Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goswami Digital World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Quick Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Quick Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goswami Digital World, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Quick Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Quick Site ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Quick Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
